Programs

At The Little Learning Center, we believe fun and meaningful socialization is key to fostering a great mindset around learning. The Summer Program offers children a wonderful way to leap into a world of exploration and socialization that will promote school readiness when they enter school in September. The lessons and classroom environment are grounded in the Creative Curriculum which aims to develop confidence, creativity, and lifelong critical thinking skills. Children are exposed to different learning centers with meaningful learning tools/ materials in them. Teachers facilitate learning activities in Math, Literacy, and Science (STEAM), and children are able to create and explore in the Dramatic Play Center and Blocks Center.

Children will also grow physically, as they participate in a wide array of gross motor activities targeted to boost their physical development. Weather permitting, children will partake in many different outdoor activities including water play and field trips that will promote relationship-based play and effective socialization.
